2 years agoWith a comparable S&W M60 3" running almost twice the price, this is a very well put together wheelgun ...especially considering the factory night sight, Hogue grip and even matte finish. The double action trigger is comparable to a S&W while the single action pull is a bit gritty and about 5#. This should smooth out over time. 2 years agoSo far I've had it about a week. I've shoot around 200rds through it. Only complaint is the grip is TOO rigid on the back strap. I smoothed that out, and added some galloway precision springs. Runs like a top with all the 38 special I've run through it. Just waiting on heavy 357 to come in.

2 years agoGreat size for a ccw with plenty of stopping power with the 357 magnum cartridge. Trigger is a lil stiff in single action and was really gritty when I got it but after about 100 rounds or so it smoothed right out. Trigger is nice and smooth now. I would recommend this pistol to anyone looking for a good ccw wheel gun.

2 years agoThe DEFENDER 605 with the HOUGE grip and 3" barrel make a concealable power house. I'm sure it would live up to its name should it ever be called upon.

2 years agoOrdered the 605 from guns.com on a Friday and it delivered to my FFL the following Wednesday. This is the second handgun I have ordered from guns.com and both times was fast and easy. 2 years agoI've put 500 rounds of .38 spl. through it and so far so good. I have yet to fire any magnum rounds but will get around to it soon.
